INGREDIENTS
- 7 oz Brocciu cheese
- 8 lasagna sheets
- 10 oz baby spinach
- 14 oz tomato sauce
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 2 tsp. butter
- Salt & pepper
METHOD
Heat butter in a sauté pan, then add the garlic and baby spinach.
Stir for 30 seconds, season and set aside in a salad bowl.
Add the Brocciu cheese and mix with a fork.
Place a sheet of lasagna at the bottom of the mini oven dishes, layering with the Brocciu cheese and spinach mixture, then add a layer of tomato sauce.
Repeat this operation twice.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Bake for 25 minutes.
Tip: If you cannot find any Brocciu cheese, you can substitute with Ricotta cheese.
