INGREDIENTS
- 2 carrots
- 2 parsnips
- 1 potato
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 7 oz grated Emmental cheese
- 1 tsp. cumin
- Salt
- Olive oil
METHOD
Grate the carrots, parsnips and the potato.
Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl, add corn starch, cumin and grated vegetables, then add salt.
Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and arrange carrot mixture in small circles.
Cook for 3–4 min on each side.
Tip: Serve your rösti with an herb flavored cream cheese.
