INGREDIENTS
- 4.5 oz of oatmeal
- 2 oz of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts…)
- 2 oz of dried fruit (grapes, cranberries…)
- 1.5 oz of corn flakes
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
METHOD
Crush the nuts.
In a bowl, mix the oats, the nuts and the corn flakes.
In a bowl, mix the oats, the nuts and the corn flakes.
Put the sugar and honey in the pan then heat over medium heat.
Cook for 2 minutes with a simmer, stirring then pour over the dry mixture.
Mix carefully to properly wrap the honey preparation.
Distribute the mixture in a rectangular dish, packing well and put 30 minutes in fridge.
Unmold and cut into a rectangle.
