INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 fl. oz. soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove, and test the heat using the 'water drop' technique.
Brown the chicken thighs on each side and finish cooking for 15 minutes in the oven.
Put the frying pan back on the stove after removing it from the oven and pour the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and honey into the pan.
Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture. Add the sesame seeds to finish.
Serve with rice.
