INGREDIENTS
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 ½ cup ground meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup diced chorizo
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper
METHOD
Heat the frying pan using 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and cook the potatoes with one tablespoon of olive oil for 20 minutes.
Set aside the potatoes and add the onion and meat to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes, and cook 10 minutes, then add the cilantro, chorizo and potatoes.
Cook for 5 more minutes and adjust seasoning if needed.
Fill the corn tortillas.
