INGREDIENTS

For the crepes:
- 2 cups flour
- 8 oz sugar
- 1 oz butter
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 eggs
For the chocolate sauce:
- 5 oz chocolate
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 7 fl oz heavy cream
- 1 oz sugar
Everything else:
- 2 kiwis
- 1 mango
- 2 clementines
METHOD
For the crepes:
Mix together the flour, sugar, eggs, milk and melted butter in a bowl.
Heat the crepe pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove then add a bit of oil.
Continue cooking crepes until you have used up all the batter.
For the chocolate sauce:
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan on low heat, then add the butter, sugar, milk (little by little) and cream.
Bring up the heat to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and stir until the it begins to simmer, then turn off the heat.
Everything else:
Peel and dice the fruit.
Cut the crepes into large strips then make a “nest” in the plate and add the fruit and chocolate sauce.
Tip: You can crumble some meringue on top to give it some crunch.
