INGREDIENTS
- 7 oz flour
- 8 oz sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 oz melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 4 oz water
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 5 oz orange marmalade
METHOD
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, eggs and milk.
Incorporate the butter and water and let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the grapefruit and orange with a knife.
Collect the segments and set aside.
Heat the crepe pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and cook the crepes.
Spread marmalade on each crepe and roll them up like a cigar.
Cut 1 inch lengths and thread them onto skewers, alternating with the citrus segments.
