INGREDIENTS
- 4 apples
- 4 pears
- 75 g of flour
- 30 g of brown sugar
- 30 g of caster sugar
- 75 g of butter
- 75 g of ground almonds
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
METHOD
Peel the apples and pears. Cut them into pieces.
In an all stainless steel CRISTEL® removable-handle frying pan, add the pieces of apple / pear and leave them to cook for 10 /15 mins.
In a mixing bowl, blend the flour with both types of sugar, the butter, the ground almonds, and the cinnamon with the tips of your fingers. The idea is to create a crumbly texture. Add this mixture over the top of your fruit.
Cook in a 180°C oven for 20 mins.
