INGREDIENTS
- 3 tomatoes
- ¾ cup green beans
- ½ cup beans
- 2 bell peppers
- 1/4 bunch radishes
- 6 small artichokes
- 8 fillets of anchovies
- 12 basil leaves
- 7 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt/pepper
METHOD
Wash the vegetables.
Peel off the artichoke leaves, keeping only the flesh. Cut in half.
Remove the stems of the green beans, quarter the bell peppers and remove seeds.
Quarter the tomatoes
Add 4 cups of water to the CRISTEL® saucepan, then attach the steamer and lid.
Set your source of heat to maximum power until boiling, then lower heat to 1/3 of power.
Add the artichokes, beans and green beans to the steamer and cook for 15 minutes.
Presentation: Mix the cooked and raw vegetables, anchovies, basil leaves and season with oil, salt and pepper.
