Grandma's egg casserole

Serves 4



  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp of heavy cream
  • 4 slices of grilled bacon
  • Salt & pepper



Preheat the oven to 320°F.

In each mini casserole dish put a spoon of heavy cream then a slice of bacon and break an egg over it.

Season and place in the oven in a bain-marie.

Cook for about 8 minutes.
