Salmon and peas clafoutis

Serves 4



  • 5 lb peas
  • 6 oz smoked salmon
  • 5 fl oz heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 7 oz cornstarch
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt & pepper




In a bowl, mix the eggs, cornstarch, milk, heavy cream, and season.

Cut the salmon into small pieces and divide into the miniature baking dishes with the peas.

Pour the mixture on top and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
