HOW CAN I REMOVE BURN STAINS FROM AN INDUCTION HOT PLATE?

HOW CAN I REMOVE BURN STAINS FROM AN INDUCTION HOT PLATE?

Induction or glass-ceramic hot plates are extremely practical because they provide quick and even heat. The difference between the two? Glass-ceramic heats up more slowly than induction, which is instantaneous, but both hot plates can be cleaned in the same way. Cleaning induction hot plates is easy as long as you follow a few directions, since they are quite fragile. How can I remove burn stains from a hot plate without damaging it?

USE SPECIALIZED PRODUCTS TO REMOVE BURN STAINS FROM AN INDUCTION HOT PLATE.

Dirt accumulates when cooking food, but the most tedious stains to remove are burn stains. Because the coating of hot plates is shiny, they get dirty quickly. And when you are not cooking, those stains are extremely visible. To stay immaculate, your hot plates must sparkle and not be scratched!
Each surface has its own cleaning solution, and induction hot plates are no exception to the rule. Stains are easily removed with the right products. The Renox range is made up of ecological products to clean, remove grease and leave your hot plate shiny! These solutions are not aggressive to the skin and leave a pleasant citrus scent.

CLEAN YOUR INDUCTION HOT PLATE WITH A SQUEEGEE OR A SPECIALIZED SCRAPER.

Before pouring any product on your hot plates, it is advisable to let them cool down, they must be at least warm, beware of accidents!
Your induction hot plate may have been delivered with an iron spatula with a scraper specially designed to remove stains without scratching the coating. Don't panic, if you don't have one, you’ll easily find one in stores. Otherwise, you can use a wooden spatula: the main thing is not to use anything that may scratch the glass.
Once most of the stains have been removed, apply a product such as CRISTEL®'s RENOX grease remover. Repeat this operation as soon as your hot plate is dirty, every time you heat the plate if possible. Removing spills as they occur prevents the plate from becoming dirty. If you clean it daily, it will take you less time and be more efficient.

NATURAL SOLUTIONS TO CLEAN YOUR GLASS-CERAMIC HOT PLATE

There are also many natural products and tips to clean and make your induction or glass ceramic hot plate look beautiful longer. You can use black soap, white vinegar combined with dishwashing liquid, white clay stone, Blanc de Meudon (chalk) or baking soda which are all very effective.

If you want an unexpensive, specialized product, use the Renox range.
Our multi-purpose grease remover allows you to remove all types of grease. You can also use the C9 Renox white clay stone with lemon scent, which comes with a specific sponge. The advantage of these products is that you can use them to use other things in the house. Moreover, the Renox range takes care of you: our ecological hand soap with its 500 ml pump-bottle leaves your skin very soft and with a delicious almond scent.

Be careful never to use abrasive, chemical or non-specific products, as they may damage your hot plates permanently! Be sure to use a non-scratching sponge, use soap, then rinse and wipe with a lint-free cloth. Microfiber cloths are perfect, as they make hot plates shine after cleaning.
