1/ USE THE SAME MATERIALS AS A CHEF
CRISTEL® suggests its oven roaster to cook your best dishes. Designed using stainless steel 18/10, it gives you perfect control of the cooking process, like a professional chef. CRISTEL® has used its vast know-how to design a convenient and effective roaster. Its handles have been designed to greatly reduce the risk of burns. This makes it much easier to remove the roaster from the oven and serve the dish.
CRISTEL®’s stainless steel roaster also includes a foldable, adjustable rack for different types of dishes, from grilling or simmering meat to cooking a gratin dish. This oven dish is compact and easy-to-use, and its features will thrill your inner chef. This smart oven dish can also be used as a stainless-steel cooking griddle. Simply start cooking your dish on your cooktop (gas, vitro-ceramic or induction) and simply finish in the oven.
2/ A STAINLESS STEEL OVEN DISH FOR HEALTHY, FLAWLESSY COOKED FOOD
CRISTEL®’s oven dishes are made of stainless steel and are more hygienic than low-cost products, which may contain plastics or potentially harmful materials such as aluminum. As these products age, they break down through wear and tear, releasing dangerous particles that can harm you and your family’s health.
Unlike these products, CRISTEL®’s stainless steel trilaminate (stainless steel/aluminum/stainless steel) roasters spread the heat evenly through the dish. Your dishes will be more evenly cooked than ever before. Choose a high-quality, durable product from CRISTEL® over a low-cost option that you will have to replace several times every year.
3/ THREE TIPS TO USE YOUR OVEN DISH
While the stainless steel oven dish is easy to use, there are still a few tips below on how to use it and cook your food. To achieve a perfectly-cooked dish, do not hesitate to douse your meat or fish with the juices and food from the bottom of the dish. This will help your meat or fish to stay tender and juicy.
When you purchase a CRISTEL® oven dish, you will also receive a free meat thermometer. But if you have lost yours, you can still use the following technique: Press a needle into your cut of meat and leave it in for 30-40 seconds, then place the needle on the back of your hand. If its temperature is hot, the meat is medium, whereas if it is slightly warm, your meat will be rare.
When you have finished cooking it, set your meat aside in aluminum foil or baking paper while you make your side dish and gravy. The meat will be even tenderer this way.
Choosing a CRISTEL® oven dish means choosing professional cookware that is both convenient and safe. Give yourself the opportunity to amaze your friends and family with a meal as good as made by a French chef.
