Apple and redcurrant crumble

- 4 apples
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 5 oz redcurrants
- 8 oz flour
- 8 oz powdered hazelnuts
- 8 oz butter
- 8 oz sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
For the crumble dough: Use your fingertips to mix the flour, sugar, powdered hazelnuts and butter in a mixing bowl until achieving a sandy texture.
Peel and finely dice the apples.
Mix the diced apples with the vanilla sugar.
Spread the diced apples in the miniature stewpots and sprinkle with the crumble mixture.
Top with the seeded redcurrants and bake for 25 minutes.
Tip: You can insert squares of chocolate in the apples.
