Brioche French Toast with Berries

- 4 thick slices Brioche
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup mixed berries
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add sugar and milk.
Heat the griddle on medium heat, add the butter.
Dip both sides of Brioche slices in milk mixture.
Allow excess milk mixture to drip off and transfer to griddle.
Cook 2-3 minutes then rotate 90 degrees and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
Flip and repeat step 5.
Serve with cut mixed berries and a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
Tip : the day before, take out Brioche slices to allow them to dry out.
