Homemade Bounty

Serves 6



  • 12 oz condensed milk
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 14 oz dark chocolate




In a bowl, mix the condensed milk with the shredded coconut.

Spread the mix  in a 1 inch-thick layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Cut the coconut mix into rectangles and shape them like a Bounty.

Place in freezer for 1 hour.

Take out the coconut bars and dip them in melted chocolate.

Let the excess chocolate drip and place the bars on parchment paper.

Tip : Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
