Chocolate financier cake

- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 3/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 stick butter (3.5 oz)
- 2 oz crushed dark chocolate
- 2 oz ounces crushed white chocolate
- 4 egg whites
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Melt the butter on medium heat in the pan until it takes on a hazelnut color. Set aside.
Mix flour, ground almonds, confectioner’s sugar, and egg whites in a bowl, then add the browned butter.
Pour the mixture into the pan, sprinkle with chocolate and bake for 25 minutes.
