Clafoutis red fruits

Serves 6



  • 17.5 oz of red fruits
  • 3 eggs + 2 yellow
  • 1  1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 1 tbsp of kirsch
  • 1 pinch of salt



Preheat the oven to 350° F.

Mix flour and salt in a bowl.

In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar, then add the flour mixture and stir vigorously.

Add in the butter, then pour in the milk in small amounts, while whisking. Add in kirsch last. 

Butter and flour the inside of the pan and pour in the mixture.

Top with berries and bake for 45 minutes.
