Giant white whocolate chip cookie

- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 ounces (60 g) white chocolate
- 1 ounce (30 g) flaked almonds
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
1Melt the butter in the pan on medium heat.
2Remove pan from heat and slowly stir in sugar, then flour, with a spatula.
3Slowly incorporate the eggs until the dough is smooth.
4Spread the dough evenly on the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with white chocolate chips and almond flakes.
5Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Tip: Serve your cookies with a scoop of coconut or vanilla ice cream.
