Roasted Pineapple and Figs

  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 fresh figs
  • 7 oz. acacia honey
  • 1 oz hazelnut kernels
  • 1 lime



Peel the pineapple with a knife, then cut into four;

Heat the pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove with the honey.

When the honey starts to caramelize, add the pineapple and lower the heat to 1/3 of the maximum power.

Cook for 8 minutes, regularly turning over the pineapple pieces, then add the halved figs.

Cook for 2 more minutes, then add the hazelnuts and lime juice.

You can serve the fruits with a scoop of ice cream!
