- 8 eggs
- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ green bell pepper
- ½ yellow bell pepper
- ½ zucchini
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 thyme sprig
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Cut the peppers and the zucchini into cubes.
Heat the frying pan on medium heat with the oil and add the vegetables.
Add the garlic and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Set the vegetables aside.
Reheat the pan with the butter and add the beaten eggs.
Cook the omelet. Spread the cooked vegetables on top of the omelet, then roll.
Tip : for a more tasty omelet, add some grated emmental cheese.
Brown for 1 minute on each side. Turn the pieces 90 degrees and then brown each side again.
Remove the tuna and roll it in the sesame seeds to cover it.
Slice the fish and serve along with the remaining marinade.
Tip: You can make the same recipe with salmon.
