One-Pan Sausage & Vegetable Dish

- 4 smoked sausages
- 1 head of broccoli
- 10 oz green beans
- 1 red bell pepper
- 10 oz fingerling potatoes
- 1 fresh pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 oz pine nuts
Cut the broccoli into florets and remove the stems of the green beans.
Wash and dice the potatoes into large pieces.
Precook the vegetables by steaming them for 10 minutes and set aside.
Peel the bell pepper, remove seeds and slice it into strips.
Cut the sausages into 1-inch slices.
Heat the sauté pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove with the olive oil; then brown the sausage pieces for 2 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F)
Add the other vegetables and chopped pepper, brown for 5 minutes then put in the oven for 15 minutes.
Season to taste and enjoy!
Tip: You can add tomato sauce before putting your dish in the oven for more sauce.
