Sautéed beef with mango and dates

Cooking time: 10 min
Serves 4



  • 2 oz of beef cut into strips
  • 2 leeks (just the white part) cut into rounds
  • 6 oz broccoli florets
  • 1/2 a mango, cubed
  • 6 Medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp olive oil



Heat the wok to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and test the heat using the 'water drop' technique.

Brown the pieces of beef in several batches and set aside.

Add the oil and sauté the green vegetables for 5 minutes then add the beef to bring it back to temper

Incorporate the mango and pitted dates, then season.

Tip: You can replace the beef with veal or lamb, for example, and add chopped cilantro.
