Steamed sea bream with ginger

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Serves 4

 

 INGREDIENTS

  • 4 fillets of sea bream
  • 1 oz ginger
  • 1 sweet potato
  • Salt

 


METHOD

 

Peel and cut the sweet potato into thin rounds.

Season the sea bream fillets and place a piece of ginger on the fish, flesh side up.

Roll the fillet starting with the tail.

Hold the roll in place using a skewer.

Place the sweet potato rounds in the steamer and add the sea bream rolls.

Steam for 10 minutes with the lid closed.

Tip: To add even more flavor, you can add ginger to the steaming water
