Pork and peach samosas

Cooking time: 15 min
Serves 6



  • 14 oz ground pork
  • 6 diced dried apricots
  • 1 diced peach
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 8 oz of fresh goat’s cheese
  • 6 filo pastry sheets
  • 2 tsp of pine nuts
  • 2 pinches of allspice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt & pepper



Heat the pan on medium heat with the butter, add onions and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the meat, apricots and spices, and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Place the mixture in a bowl and add the fresh cheese, pine nuts and peach, then season.

Cut the filo pastry sheets in three and place mixture at bottom, folding into triangles.

Heat the pan on medium heat with a tablespoon of oil and cook the samosas for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
