Garlic and lemon artichoke stir fry

Serves 4



  • 21 oz artichoke hearts
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt & pepper



Cut the artichoke hearts into small wedges and steam them for 8 minutes.

Cut the lemon in half.

Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the maximum power of your stove and add olive oil.

Place the two lemon halves face down in the pan and brown for 2 minutes.

Add the artichokes and garlic and continue cooking for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring regularly.

Season with salt and pepper and squeeze the lemons just before serving.

Tip: Add crushed hazelnuts to make your dish crunchier.
