Preheat the oven to 365°F (180°C)
1 Peel and cut the apples into quarters.
2 Sauté the apples for 5 minutes in a frying pan with butter and divide them into mini stewpots.
3 Sprinkle with sage and top with slices of maroilles cheese.
4 Crumble the speculoos biscuits over the top and bake for 3 to 4 min.
Tip: For even more originality, add cranberries to the mixture.
