Apple, maroilles cheese and speculoos crumble
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 7 oz maroilles cheese
- 4 speculoos biscuits
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 finely chopped sage leaves
Preheat the oven to 365°F (180°C)
1/ Peel and cut the apples into quarters.
2/ Sauté the apples for 5 minutes in a frying pan with butter and divide them into mini stewpots.
3/ Sprinkle with sage and top with slices of maroilles cheese.
4/ Crumble the speculoos biscuits over the top and bake for 3 to 4 min.
Tip: For even more originality, add cranberries to the mixture.
