Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
1 Cut the pumpkin into large cubes.
2 Heat the CRISTEL frying pan on medium heat, add the butter and then the diced pumpkin.
3 Cover and cook for 20 minutes, then remove cover and cook another 10 minutes until the pumpkin is dry.
4 Store cooked pumpkin in a bowl, then crush it with a masher and add eggs, sugar, milk and cream.
5 Spread out the dough in a clean pan and pour the preparation.
6 Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Grate chocolate and sprinkle over the pie immediately before serving!
