Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
1 For the crumble dough: Use your fingertips to mix the flour, sugar, powdered hazelnuts and butter in a mixing bowl until achieving a sandy texture.
2 Peel and finely dice the apples.
3 Mix the diced apples with the vanilla sugar.
4 Spread the diced apples in the miniature stewpots and sprinkle with the crumble mixture.
5 Top with the seeded redcurrants and bake for 25 minutes.
Tip: You can insert squares of chocolate in the apples.
