Preheat the oven to 180°C (338°F)
1 In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate on low heat
2 Mix the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, then add the flour.
3 Add the chocolate mix.
4 Grease and flour the mini casserole dishes then divide the preparation into each of them, ¾ of the way up.
5 Add the diced candied orange.
6 Bake for 9 to 10 minutes.
Tip: You can replace the candied orange with a square of white chocolate. Simply add it on the middle of your preparation before it goes in the oven.
