Chocolate pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 cups of dark chocolate
- 3 gelatin sheets
Recipe
1 Put the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes to soften them.
2 Heat the milk and cream over medium heat in the pan.
3 Incorporate the gelatin previously softened in cold water.
4 Pour over the crushed chocolate.
5 Mix well and pour your preparation into 6 ramekins.
6 Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours minimum.
